Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Be returned in its original packaging where possible.
- Include proof of purchase or your order number.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty:
- Personalised or customised products.
- Items that have been used or are not in their original condition.
- Gift cards (if applicable).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return Shipping
If you’re returning an item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
If the item is faulty, damaged, or we made an error with your order, we’ll cover the reasonable cost of the return or provide an appropriate solution.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched. Once an order has shipped, it must follow our standard returns process.
